Uher

We have a small quantity of faulty and incomplete ex-broadcast Uher 4000 Report Monitor portable tape recorders, for spares only.

Ideal for location recording and were in use by a major broadcaster until we obtained them.

They are two track mono machines with four speeds, 15/16, 1 7/8, 3 3/4and 7 1/2 ips.

Some machines have the speed selector knob removed to permit only single speed operation.

Loudspeaker off-tape monitoring is provided and there is a headphone socket.

Battery operation is by HP2 cells or ni-cad rechargeable.

We are dismantling the machines so are in a position to offer inexpensive used spare parts.

We are not intending to offer overhauled machines but can put you in contact with a Uher specialist.
